Yeah, yeah, you raise a bunch of good points are meg and I mean one of the one of the things that was sort of occurring to me as I was reading that ruling is, you know, you'd like to think, Gosh, there's so much pressure coming on boards from every quarter, right investors, stakeholders, employees, everyone is sort of saying like hey, you need board, more board diversity, and clearly all the numbers are trending up into the right. It seems to have had really strong and positive effects on companies and I think this legislation, whether or not it gets appealed and overturned, I think we'll see, but I think it will have really lasting impact, not just in California but in how organizations think about board diversity top to bottom, all around the world. talk to any public company in California, I'm not sure that they would go back to having a all male board. I mean the the number of companies in California with no female directors at all dropped to one percent in two thousand and twenty one, which is pretty astounding and I would have to venture again is probably the best in the country. It seems like a setback, but I will say we, I think, have to acknowledge the progress that has been made in the short time that that legislation was in place. I was disheartened, I suppose it's the right word, to see that judges in California recently struck down first the law requiring public companies headquartered there to have underrepresented minorities on their board and then, just recently, the other legislation requiring them to have women on their board of directors. It's going to be a really great program and you know, meg and I think it's timely for us to talk a little bit about eesg because there's a whole lot going on in the news cycle right now that relates to the topic, particularly on the the g piece of things, which you know, hasn't gotten a lot of love lately. I look forward to taking that one myself too. But we're super excited to get this one off the ground and get people trained up on ESG.

So that is going to be coming right up here, and then the program itself will be starting in July.

And so we are going to be collaborating to offer a special cohort of this program online through Diligent Academy, and we're going to be opening up registration and allowing people to get ready to come into the program on June first. So competent boards, if you're not familiar with them, Wonderful Organization which was founded by Hella Bank Jorgenson, who actually has been a guest on this podcast, and they have an incredible curriculum that they put people through to help directors and senior executives really get up to speed with overseeing EESG risk and strategy.
